Best pizza on the cape. House special or meat lovers are our favorites. Very busy place so plan ahead if calling in an order. It might take a dozen or two attempts to get through on a weekend or busy week day but worth the wait.

Best pizza on the cape! We always get a pepperoni pizza. My inlaws like the cheese steak sandwich, but I found it too peppery. Onion rings are great. They have a few tables inside if you'd like to eat there, but most people do takeout. If you are calling to order, you may have to call a few times until the line isn't busy. If it is a weekend or busy time of the year (4th of July, etc) you may have to wait much longer than they say for the food. Most recently we ordered on a Friday night and it was a 45 min wait for it to be made and the food ended up taking 1h30 with tons of people waiting for their food.

George's has excellent pizza, don't care what the NY naysayers have to say about it. It's crispy and crunchy and all guests that visit always ask if we're going to George's. It doesn't hurt that I can walk there from the house in 3-4 minutes

I dropped in at George's mid- afternoon for a couple of slices expecting the average pizza experience. Typical looking home-town pizza joint on Main St. Harwichport, MA...yup, Cape Cod. You know the drill....the slices have been sitting there for a while, extra crunchy...stale...overdone...whatever...BUT what I walked with were two of the best slices I've had in years. Can a slice be crispy yet chewy at the same time? Yes. Will there be enough cheese on it to be satisfying? Yes. Are the size of the slices themselves adequate? Yes. How's the sauce? Great. I actually gave them a call back after I left telling them how great their product us. The place looked like and had the atmosphere of a place that had been there for years. No doubt why. Excellent pie.

A "wash ashore" chef from California, my family and I have enjoyed the white pizza, calzones and bolognese for over30 years now. Great food, great value, a restaurant committed to excellence!!

Ordered delivery - about an hour for one pizza, and two grinders. Probably would have been faster to just go and pick it up... but it was so appreciated that there was the delivery option!!! Just an FYI - the bread is a little crispy on the grinder so be prepared for that!
